A mother of two daughters, she always gifted her family and close friends with unforgettable “Fit” recipes, and when preparing these cakes and breads, this dear mother received many compliments for her healthy and innovative delights.
Over time, she discovered that her family and friends truly loved her simple and uncomplicated cakes and sweets, but that they contained an ingredient that encouraged them to avoid unhealthy foods that didn’t contribute to their well-being.
This planted a seed that germinated, grew, and became bigger than her, who only made those wonderful recipes for fun.
